    Introduction to Data Analytics

An overview of Data Analytics, Data Analytics tools, and careers in Data Analytics.

  2. 2

    Essential Mathematics

Foundational statistics and math concepts (linear algebra, statistics, and probabilities) needed to interpret and manipulate data correctly.

  3. 3

    Data Manipulation

Using Python to load, filter, transform, and restructure datasets for analysis.

  4. 4

Analysis & Visualization Tools (Pandas, Numpy, Polars, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI)

Hands-on use of industry-standard libraries and BI tools to analyze data and build charts/dashboards.

  5. 5

    Data Sourcing

Techniques for collecting data from files, databases, APIs, and the web.

  6. 6

    Data Cleaning

Identifying and fixing missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies to ensure data quality.

  7. 7

    Data Wrangling

Reshaping, merging, and preparing raw data into an analysis-ready format.

  8. 8

    SQL & Databases

Writing queries to extract, join, and manage data stored in relational databases, a critical skill for most analyst roles.

  9. 9

    Excel for Data Analytics

Leveraging pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards in Excel, still widely used alongside Python in many workplaces.

  10. 10

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) & Statistical Analysis

Applying statistical methods (correlation, hypothesis testing, regression basics) to uncover patterns and validate insights before visualization.

  11. 11

    Data Visualization

Turning processed data into clear, compelling charts and visual stories.

  12. 12

    Reporting

Communicating insights through structured reports and summaries for stakeholders.

  13. 13

    Industrial Projects

Real-world, hands-on projects simulating actual workplace analytics tasks.

  14. 14

    Internship

Practical placement to apply skills in a real organizational setting.
